Au début, la curiosité nous amène ici, puis une intimité s'instaure, entre notre écoute, nos deux oreilles et la voix d'Émilie, son phrasé, sa façon bien à elle de parler, sa franchise, qui se retrouve, inévitablement dans sa façon de chanter, pas de faux semblants, ça respire l'authenticité à plein nez. Puis le caractère envoûtant, englobant de la musique nous invite à rester plus longtemps, si bien qu'on n'a plus vraiment envie de partir. On a l'impression d'être enfin arrivé à destination.
